The Rangatira Tavern is a country bar and grill that has been proudly serving the Te Karaka community for over a century (early 1900's). In September 2020 under new management, our mission is to provide all our guests with a Whanau friendly vibe in a country setting. We love to see good pub grub on plates to subside your hunger pangs, drinks on hand to quench your thirst and if you want to combine that with a bit of fun at our establishment, our inhouse events planning crew can throw you an event to remember.
